In Involve Asia, the discount for Express Withdrawal refers to the rebate you receive on processing fees, based on your Membership Tier. Higher tiers enjoy bigger discounts, allowing you to save more whenever you request an Express Withdrawal.
You can view your applicable discount directly on the Express Withdrawal page in your dashboard, as shown in the screenshot below.
