Why is My Express Withdrawal Request Rejected?

The acceptance and approval of your Express Withdrawal request is at the sole discretion of Involve Asia and may be declined for several reasons. Below is a list of common rejection reasons and their definitions.

Common Rejection Reasons

Rejection ReasonDefinition
We are unable to find a promotional method on your registered propertyBased on the conversions recorded, we could not identify a promotion method using your Involve Asia tracking link on the registered property. You will need to share proof of your promotion method with your account manager or email wecare@involve.asia.
The historical conversion data indicates a notably high rejection rateYour account’s conversion approval rate is low during the advertiser validation process. We assess this rate to evaluate the risk level of publishers, as Express Withdrawal is for conversions that are yet to be validated.
You have negative Available Funds to WithdrawIf your conversion "Rejected" status is high after validation, you may have a negative balance because of overpaid funds. This balance can recover as you promote more offers and generate approved conversions.
We have detected a violation on your registered propertyActivities such as brand bidding, clickbait, and using inappropriate content with Involve Asia links are considered violations. Please follow all approved promotion methods listed on the offer page.
Your Express Withdrawal has been rejected after more than 3 days of no response from youIf we request changes to your withdrawal request (e.g., due to unforeseen offer circumstances) and you do not respond within 3 days, your request will be rejected.
