How to Get Your e-Invoice Details from IRB

You can get your validated UUID and e-Invoice file directly from the IRB (Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia) website via the MyInvois portal.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to the MyInvois portal using your registered account.

  2. Search for the specific e-Invoice document.

  3. Download the validated e-Invoice file along with its UUID (Unique Universal Identifier).

If you’re the person in your company who manages e-Invoicing, you’ll already have access to this portal.

If you don’t have access, check with your company’s finance, accounting, or tax team—the person handling e-Invoicing will be able to provide the details.

Always download and keep a copy of your validated e-Invoice for record-keeping and for smooth processing of your Involve Asia withdrawals.
