How to Submit Your Validated e-Invoice on Involve Asia

If you’re a registered Malaysian taxpayer, you may need to provide a validated e-Invoice before your withdrawal can be processed. Submitting it is quick and easy.

Steps to Submit Your Validated e-Invoice

  1. Log in to your Involve Asia Dashboard.

  2. Go to My Earnings Overview under the Payment section.

  3. Look for the section labeled Pending Validated e-Invoice and click Provide Validated e-Invoice.

  4. You’ll be directed to a page listing your withdrawal requests.

  5. Find the withdrawal request that requires an e-Invoice and click Provide e-Invoice.

  6. You’ll be redirected to the Upload Validated e-Invoice page.

  7. Upload your validated e-Invoice file (with UUID) and confirm.

Once submitted, our system will verify your e-Invoice, and your withdrawal will proceed as usual.
