Malaysia’s new IRB e-Invoice system mainly affects Malaysian publishers with business accounts.
If you are a Malaysian publisher with a business account and have declared yourself as an e-Invoice taxpayer in our system, you’ll need to:
Submit a validated e-Invoice before requesting a withdrawal.
Ensure your details are complete and correct in your account settings.
Check your e-Invoice status under “My Earnings Overview” > “Payment.”
If you’re a non-Malaysian publisher or a Malaysian individual publisher, you don’t need to worry — Involve Asia will generate a self-billed e-Invoice on your behalf, and your withdrawals will proceed as usual.
