When you request a withdrawal through Wire Transfer on Involve Asia, your payment will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of your request.
Once your request is submitted, the status will change to "Processing", indicating that our Finance team is currently handling your payment.
An invoice will be generated as proof that your payment has been processed.
The status will then update to "Paid" once the payment is sent to your bank.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Malaysian public holidays.
International bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank’s clearing process.
Ensure your bank details (SWIFT, IBAN, account number) are correct to prevent failed transactions or delays.
