How Involve Asia’s Maintenance Fee Works and When It Applies
The maintenance fee is applied when your account enters paused status due to inactivity. It is deducted directly from your existing account balance to cover system and account maintenance costs.
At Involve Asia, the maintenance fee is:
-
Up to MYR 100 (or your available balance, whichever is lower).
-
A one-time fee only—this will never put you in debt with Involve Asia.
-
If your balance is below MYR 100, only the available amount will be deducted.
When does the fee apply?
The fee applies when your account becomes inactive for an extended period and is officially paused.
How to avoid the fee?
You can prevent this fee by simply logging into your account within the given timeframe to keep it active.
