How to Add Users to Your Involve Asia Publisher Account
Step 1: Navigate to Profile Settings
Log in to your publisher dashboard and:

Click your profile icon in the top right corner.

Go to Profile > Settings.
Step 2: Open the Users Section
Select the Users tab.
Click the + Add User button.
Step 3: Add User Details
Enter the email address you want to register.
Select the Role for the new user. (Read about Role Access HERE)
To add multiple users at once, click Add More and repeat the process.
Once you’ve added all users, click Send Invite.
Step 4: Check Invite Status
After sending the invitation:
A new user card will appear under their email address with the status Pending.
This means the invite has been sent but not yet accepted.
Step 5: User Accepts the Invite
The invited user will receive an email with a verification link.
Once they click the link and verify, their status will update from Pending to Active in your dashboard.
Important Notes:
Only account owners or admins can add and remove users.
Always assign the minimum required role for security.
You can edit roles or remove users anytime via the Users section.
