Want to delete your Involve Asia account? You can easily do it through the mobile app.

1. iOS: Download on App Store
   
2. Android: Get it on Google Play
   

Step 1

From the login page, sign in to your Involve Asia account using your registered email and password.

Step 2

On the Overview page, tap on Profile in the bottom left corner.

Step 3

Go to Settings and select Account Information.

Step 4

Scroll down and click Delete account.

• Select your reason for deletion.

• Tick the acknowledgment box.

• Confirm by tapping Delete.

What Happens After Account Deletion?

When you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our active databases. However, certain information may be retained for essential purposes, such as:

• Record-keeping & security

• Fraud prevention

• Compliance with legal requirements

Important:

• You will lose access to your account, including reports and earnings.

• Any linked sub-users will also be removed.

• You will no longer receive promotional emails or notifications.

• Some data may remain in backups for a limited time but will not be used for operations.

Since account deletion is permanent, please save any important information before proceeding.
