How to Discover Publishers and Send Offer Invitations on Involve Asia
Finding the right publishers to promote your affiliate program is key to growing your campaign. Involve Asia makes this easy with the Partner Directory feature.
Step 1: Log in to Your Advertiser Dashboard
Step 2: Go to Partner Directory
On the navigation bar, hover over “Partner" and click “Partner Directory".

Use the filter feature to narrow your search by:
Property
Available Countries
Channel
Category
eCPC
Publisher Status
Campaigns
Membership Tier
Click Search to view results. Here you’ll see your full partner list (see screenshot below).

Step 3: Invite a Publisher
Once you’ve found a publisher you’d like to work with, click the Make Offer button.

A confirmation box “Invite (Publisher Name)?” will appear (see screenshot below).

Fill in the required details:
Select Offer – Choose which offer you want the publisher to promote.
Commission Adjustment – Adjust the commission if needed (you may increase or decrease it, but cannot be lower than your agreed base commission with Involve Asia).
Ad Formats – Select the type of creatives/ad formats you’d like the publisher to use.
Effective Date – Set the campaign period. If it’s ongoing, tick the No End Date box.
Add Notes – Share any additional instructions or requirements for the publisher.

Step 4: Review Terms & Conditions
A Confirmation Page pop-up will appear.
Review the terms and tick the box labeled “I agree and accept the terms and conditions”.
Click “Invite Partner”

Step 5: Confirmation
Once confirmed, you’ll see a success notification that your invitation has been sent to the publisher.

Publishers will receive an email notification titled ‘You have received an invite to promote [Offer Name]’ with a link to review and accept your offer.
