What is "Pending Advertiser Collection"?

"Pending Advertiser Collection" refers to commissions that have already been approved but are still awaiting payment from the advertiser to Involve Asia.

How It Works

1. Conversion Approved

   • Once a conversion is validated by the advertiser, it moves from Pending Validation to Pending Advertiser Collection.

2. Awaiting Advertiser Payment

   • Even though the conversion is approved, the advertiser still needs to transfer the payment to Involve Asia before it can be credited to your account balance.

3. Status Update

   • Once the payment is received from the advertiser, your commissions will be eligible for withdrawal.

Why This Status Exists

• Many advertisers work on payment term cycles (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days).

• This ensures the advertiser confirms the transaction, processes the payment, and sends it to Involve Asia before payouts to publishers.

Where to Check This Status

1. Log in to your Involve Asia Dashboard.

2. Go to your Payment tab and open My Earnings Overview.

3. Look for the "Pending Advertiser Collection" box to see the exact amount waiting for advertiser payment.
