When Do I Need to Provide an e-Invoice on Involve Asia?

You’ll need to provide an e-Invoice only when your withdrawal status shows “Pending e-Invoice.”

To check your status:

  1. Go to “My Earnings Overview” in your Involve Asia dashboard.

  2. Click on the “All Payments” section.

  3. Look for your withdrawal status. If it says “Pending e-Invoice,” it means you must upload a validated e-Invoice before your withdrawal can be processed.

Once your e-Invoice is uploaded and validated, your withdrawal will continue as usual.

Always ensure your taxpayer status and payment details are updated in your account to avoid delays.
