Where to Find Your Account Manager’s Contact
On your Dashboard, navigate to:
Profile > Settings
Your Account Manager’s contact details will be located at the bottom left of your screen.
Why Does My Account Manager Show as "Customer Service"?
We are currently expanding across Asia and working to assign more dedicated Account Managers to active and high-performing publishers.
We review publisher eligibility based on:
Consistent performance in driving clicks and conversions
Audience size on your registered properties
