However, to qualify, you must meet the eligibility requirements and comply with program terms. Advertisers will also review your promotion methods and ad placements on approved properties registered in your Involve Asia dashboard.
Publishers who violate program terms will not qualify for Express Withdrawal. See the example screenshot below:

Express Withdrawal Requirements
Pending Validation Amount (conversions not yet validated by the advertiser) must be at least RM 200.
Eligible Amount for Withdrawal should be at least RM 40.
Pending Validation conversions must come from at least 1 offer.
Examples of Program Term Violations
Violations include, but are not limited to:
Using misleading content to promote — creating content unrelated to the product to bait clicks.

Using inappropriate content to promote a link.

Using disallowed promotion methods as stated on the offer page.
Producing high numbers of clicks with no conversions for an offer.
Fraudulent SEO practices — using services to generate or hide impressions, clicks, or conversions that are invalid.
Brand bidding for an offer.
Penalties for Violations

| First offence | Blocked for the remainder of the current month + 2 weeks of the following month |
| Second offence | Blocked for the remainder of the current month + 1 full month of the following month |
| Third offence | Blocked for the remainder of the current month + 2 full months of the following month |
| More than 3 offences | Permanent ban from Express Withdrawal |
Example:
If a publisher is caught violating rules on 2 September, they will be blocked from 2–30 September plus 14 days into the next month, making them eligible again on 15 October.
Terms of Penalty

Advertiser decisions are final for blocking on specific offers unless the advertiser decides otherwise.

If you have multiple IA accounts, inform your account manager to prevent blocks from being applied across accounts. Violations across accounts will be treated the same.
Unbanning may be considered if:

No violations for 3 consecutive months.

Compliance with account manager requests within the given timeframe.

Signing the IA Loyalty Form (commitment to promote only with IA).

Premium Publishers caught violating terms will be demoted to the nearest tier, losing all premium privileges.

Exceptions for eligibility are at the discretion of your account manager and are not publicly shared. Breaching agreements will result in a permanent ban from Express Withdrawal — you may only use Standard or Early Withdrawals.
