Why Can’t I Upload My e-Invoice? Common Issues & Quick Fixes
If your e-Invoice won’t upload or the Submit button is disabled, here are the most common fixes:
1) Check your UUID
-
The Unique Identifier Number (UUID) must follow the correct format (36 characters with hyphens).
-
Copy it directly from the IRB MyInvois portal.
-
Avoid extra spaces, missing characters, or typos.
2) Verify your file
-
File format: PDF only
-
File size: Must be 2 MB or smaller
-
The file should not be corrupted or password-protected.
-
Use a simple filename without special characters.
3) Complete required steps
4) Try again if issues persist
-
Refresh the page and retry.
-
Use an incognito/private browser window or a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
-
Clear cache/cookies or temporarily disable extensions like ad-blockers.
By checking your UUID and PDF file, most upload issues can be resolved quickly.
