Why Do I Have Conversions with Zero Estimated Earnings on Involve Asia?

If you see conversions in your dashboard showing $0.00 estimated earnings, it doesn’t always mean something is wrong. This can happen for several reasons:

1. Shopee Order ID Grouping

For Shopee offers, estimated earnings may show $0.00 if the conversion shares the same Order ID as another conversion that already has earnings.

  • Shopee combines earnings from the same Order ID into one conversion, unless the extra conversion is for a Bonus Commission.

  • Bonus commissions appear as separate items, while base commissions are grouped into one item if multiple products are purchased in the same checkout.

  • Examples of offers that group earnings this way include Shopee MY, PH, VN, TH, TW, and SG.

2. Very Small Payout Amounts

If the actual commission is extremely small (e.g. USD 0.003559), it may be rounded down to $0.00 in the system display.

3. Non-Commissionable Items

Some conversions may come from non-commissionable categories or free gifts provided by the seller, such as:

  • Gift cards

  • Samples

  • Complimentary vouchers

  • Certain restricted product categories set by the advertiser

Note: Commissionable categories may change from time to time at the advertiser’s discretion.

4. Incorrect Value Tracked by Advertiser

In rare cases, the advertiser may have tracked the conversion at the wrong value.

  • If detected, the conversion value will be updated automatically during the validation process.

What You Can Do

  • Check the Offer Description for commission rules, exclusions, and category restrictions.

  • Wait until the validation period ends to see if the amount updates.

  • Contact wecare@involve.asia if you believe the value is incorrect, providing:

    • Offer name

    • Order ID

    • Date of conversion

    • Screenshots or proof of the purchase
