Why a Withdrawal Request Might Fail on Involve Asia

A withdrawal request can fail for several reasons. Understanding these issues will help you resolve them quickly and successfully withdraw your earnings.

Common Reasons for Withdrawal Failures

Invalid SWIFT CodeThe SWIFT code you provided does not match your bank’s records. Confirm the correct SWIFT code with your bank and update it in Profile > Settings > Payment.
Unsupported Payment MethodInvolve Asia does not support payments to digital banks or e-wallets at this time. Update your payment method to PayPal or Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer).
Invalid Account DetailsThe processing bank returned your transaction due to an incorrect account number, wrong beneficiary name, or wrong SWIFT code. Double-check and correct your bank details before resubmitting.
Publisher Requested RejectionIf you did not request your payment to be rejected, contact wecare@involve.asia immediately.
Payment Returned by PayPalYour registered PayPal email is either not linked to a PayPal account or PayPal could not locate it. Update your PayPal email in your payment settings and ensure your PayPal account is verified.
Other ReasonsIf the cause doesn’t fall under the above categories, our Finance team will provide the specific reason in the Remarks section of your failed payment notification email.

Additional Factors That Can Cause Withdrawal Failures

  1. Unverified Payment Details

    • Changes to your payment settings must be confirmed via the verification email sent to your registered email address.

  2. Minimum Withdrawal Threshold Not Met

    • MYR 80 for payment currencies in USD or EUR.

    • MYR 40 for all other currencies.

  3. Ineligible Withdrawal Type

    • Attempting Early or Express Withdrawals without meeting eligibility requirements.

  4. Account Restrictions

    • PayPal or bank account restrictions that block incoming funds.

  5. Processing Delays

    • Public holidays, weekends, or temporary bank/payment system issues may delay transactions.


What to Do If Your Withdrawal Fails

  • Check the Failed Payment email for the reason and follow the instructions provided.

  • Update your payment information immediately before submitting another withdrawal request.

  • If unclear, contact wecare@involve.asia with your Withdrawal Request ID and relevant payment details.
