A deeplink is a custom affiliate link that directs users to a specific product page, category, or promotional landing page on the advertiser’s website.
It’s created using the Deeplink Tool in your Involve Asia dashboard, allowing you to tailor where your audience lands after clicking your link.
Example use case:
You run a blog post about “Top 5 Running Shoes of 2025” and want to send readers directly to a specific shoe’s product page — a deeplink is the best choice.
A direct link is a pre-made affiliate link provided directly by advertisers, often pointing to their homepage, seasonal campaign page, or other general landing pages.
Unlike deeplinks, direct links are only provided to selected publishers.
Example use case:
If a brand launches a site-wide sale, you might get a direct link to their campaign page instead of creating a separate deeplink.
Choose Deeplink when you want to:
Promote specific products or categories
Improve conversion rates by sending users directly to the relevant item they’re interested in
Personalise links for different audiences or campaigns
Choose Direct Link when you:
Have exclusive access to advertiser-provided campaign links
Are promoting brand-wide deals or events
Want a quick and ready-to-use link without creating one yourself
Tip: If both options are available, use a deeplink for targeted promotions and a direct link for broad, time-sensitive campaigns.
