Some offers require manual approval from Advertisers before you can promote them.
If your offer status is Pending, the deeplink will not work yet.
Check your offer status under Dashboard > Discovery > My Advertiser and wait for approval before generating a link.
Advertisers may pause their campaigns for reasons such as:
Reaching their monthly budget
Seasonal promotions ending
Temporary technical issues
Conclusion of their partnership with Involve Asia
When an offer is paused:
Deeplinks for that offer will stop working
You cannot generate new deeplinks until the offer goes live again
Publishers will be notified via email (unless email notifications are turned off in Profile > Settings > Mailroom)
If you were previously approved but violated the offer’s permitted promotion methods, the Advertiser may revoke your access.
This will result in broken or inactive links.
Always follow the promotion guidelines listed on the offer page.
If the product page you linked to has been removed or updated by the Advertiser, your deeplink may redirect to a generic page or result in an error.
Re-generate a fresh deeplink with the updated product URL.
Some offers have region locks — only visitors from approved regions can access and generate tracked conversions.
Check Regions and Tracking Type in the offer page to ensure your audience matches the requirements.
Before contacting support, try these steps:
Confirm your offer status is Approved and active.
Check if the offer is paused or blocked.
Re-generate your deeplink to ensure it’s current.
Test the link in different browsers and devices.
