Why Didn’t I Get My Involve Asia Signup Confirmation Email?

When you sign up as a publisher on Involve Asia, you’ll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

If you didn’t get it, here are the most common reasons — and how to fix them so you can complete your registration.


1. The Email Expired

The confirmation link in your email is only valid for 5 minutes. If you don’t click it in time, you’ll need to request a new one by trying to log in again — this will trigger a fresh verification email.


2. The Email is Delayed

Sometimes there may be a delay in receiving the confirmation email, especially during high sign-up volumes. Please wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox before trying again.


3. The Email Landed in Spam or Junk

Your confirmation email may have gone to your Spam, Junk, or Trash folder.

  • Search for “Involve Asia Affiliate System” or check for emails from hello@involve.asia.


4. Incorrect Email Address

If you entered the wrong email address during registration, you won’t receive the confirmation email. Try signing up again with the correct details.


5. Email Blocked by Your Provider

In rare cases, your email provider’s filters might block the email. Adding hello@involve.asia to your contact list or safe sender list can help.


Without Email Confirmation, You Can’t Log In

Remember — you won’t be able to log in to your publisher dashboard until you’ve clicked the verification link in your confirmation email.

After clicking the verification link in your confirmation email, please allow up to 2 working days for your account to be reviewed. You’ll be notified via email if your application is successful.
