Where’s My Confirmation Email After Payment Details Are Updated?
When you update your payment details on Involve Asia, a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.
You must click the link in that email to verify your changes — otherwise, your new payment details will not take effect.
If You Don’t See the Email

Check all folders – including Spam, Junk, and Trash.

Try again – re-enter your payment details, click Save Changes, and wait for the email.

Confirm promptly – log in to your registered mailbox and click the verification link sent by hello@involve.asia.
Tip: This verification step is required every time you update your payment details to ensure account security.
