Possible Reasons Why Tracking Fails

Advertiser changes to confirmation page – If the advertiser updates their confirmation page and alters the conversion tracking setup without informing us.

Advertiser updates to postback – When advertisers make changes to their postback URL and do not notify us.

Technical issues on advertiser’s side – Sometimes advertisers face system issues when sending postback conversions to our platform.
