What Are the Different Conversion Statuses on Involve Asia?

In your Involve Asia Publisher Dashboard, each conversion is assigned a status to indicate its progress from the time it’s tracked until payment is issued.

Here is a snapshot of how your conversion status will look like:


Understanding these statuses will help you monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and know when you can expect to get paid.


Approved

  • The advertiser has approved your conversion and you will earn a commission.

  • Your earnings will soon move to the "Available to Withdraw" balance.


Pending

  • The advertiser has not yet validated your conversion.

  • The estimated validation period varies for each offer and can be found on the offer page.

  • During this time, the advertiser checks:

    • Payment completion

    • Order validity

    • Compliance with promotion methods


Rejected

  • The advertiser has rejected your conversion.

  • Possible reasons include (but are not limited to):

    • Customer did not complete payment

    • Customer cancelled their order

    • Customer requested a refund

    • Item out of stock and not delivered

    • Offer was paused due to budget allocation


Yet to Consume

  • Purchases made in advance (e.g., hotel bookings, event tickets).

  • Commission is only issued after:

    • Successful payment from the customer

    • Successful delivery or fulfilment of the product/service


  • Your payment has been sent via the payment method set in your Payment Details.

  • You can check your Payout Overview for more information.


Invalid

  • Conversions that are not recognized or cannot be proven due to source or eligibility issues.

  • Examples of possible causes (but not limited to):

    • Spam or fraudulent activity detected

    • Invalid or wrong Order ID

    • Claiming a conversion you did not earn

    • Not based on the last click from users/followers/subscribers

    • System error — wrong amount received or captured

    • Conversions initiated through system test

    • Tracking discrepancies between Involve Asia and the advertiser’s platform

    • Ineligible commissions (e.g., multiple clicks/app installs, wrong customer type, unmatched campaign)

    • Wrong local currency captured

    • Exceeded cookie period
