What Is the Conversion Report?

The Conversion Report shows all validated sales and the commissions you’ve earned from those sales. These conversions are pending the advertiser’s payment. Once the advertiser pays Involve Asia, your commission will be released to your account.
The Conversion Report serves as a complete list of all conversions attributed to your referral. It includes detailed data such as the Conversion ID and Click ID, which link each sale back to the original click.

How Does Involve Asia Record Conversions?

We record conversions through a mix of:

  • Tracking links

  • Cookies

  • Postback URLs (S2S tracking)

All traffic is recorded in real time, and your performance data can be reviewed instantly on your dashboard under Reports → Conversion Report.

When you click on Conversion Report, you’ll see a page like this:

Filter Options

You can customize the Conversion Report view with these filters:

  • Date Range – Choose from presets or a custom range (up to 3 months). Options include Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, or a Custom Range.

  • Search – Find conversions by Advertiser Name or Order ID.

  • Campaign Name – Filter results by specific campaigns.

  • Website/Property – View conversions per property you’ve linked.

  • Invoice No. – Search by invoice number.

Customize Report

Tick the boxes to add or remove details such as:

  • Conversion Information (basic conversion details)

  • Publisher Sub ID

  • Advertiser Information (Order ID, Advertiser Sub ID)

Conversion Status

This section shows the status of each conversion, along with:

  • Total Sales

  • Total Estimated Earnings

Statuses typically include Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Invalid.

Export Your Conversion Report

You can export all conversions to CSV format:

  1. Click the Export CSV button.

  2. A pop-up will confirm with "Queue Created."

  3. You’ll receive an email with a link to download the CSV file once it’s ready.

This makes it easier to analyze your data offline or integrate it with your reporting tools.
