Understanding the Validation Process on Involve Asia

Understanding the Validation Process on Involve Asia

The validation process is when an advertiser reviews all “Pending” conversions made by a publisher. This step ensures all transactions meet the advertiser’s criteria before being approved for commission payout.

Key Things to Know

  • Validation Period is displayed on each offer page.

  • Timelines vary by offer — some are shorter, others longer.

  • Delays may happen due to advertiser-side factors such as limited resources, internal backlogs, or technical issues.

  • The validation period starts on the 1st of the following month after the conversion date.

    • Example: Conversions made in November are sent for validation on 1 December.

  • After validation, only approved conversions will be paid.

  • Publishers can request withdrawal once they reach the minimum payout threshold on their dashboard.

  • Some offers display combined Validation Period + Payment Terms for a clearer estimated payment date.

Validation Period & Payment Term Example

If a conversion took place on 1 June and the combined validation + payment period is 95 days, and validation starts 1 July, you can expect payment around 4 October.

Breakdown of the Validation Process

1. Data Transfer

  • Involve Asia sends the advertiser a full report of the previous month’s conversions during the first week of each month.

  • Depending on the offer’s terms, validation may take 14–60 days (or more for specific verticals such as travel).

2. Conversion Check

  • While conversions appear in your dashboard instantly, they remain Pending until advertiser review.

  • Advertisers verify for:

    • Fraudulent activity

    • Cancellations or refunds

    • Orders not meeting the offer’s terms

  • Possible rejection reasons:

    • Advertiser marked it invalid

    • Fraud detected

    • Order cancelled or refunded

  • Discrepancies may occur between your dashboard and billing reports if some conversions are rejected.

3. Conversion Approval

  • Approved – eligible for payment.

  • Not Approved – rejected based on advertiser review.

  • Yet to Consume – transaction/order not finalized yet; validation carried to the next cycle.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Involve Asia pays publishers only after receiving payment from the advertiser.

  • Early withdrawal is available for eligible offers (fees may apply).
