How to Activate Stablecoin (USDT) as Your Withdrawal Method

Setting up USDT as a withdrawal method is a one-time process completed directly in Involve Asia’s platform. Once it’s configured, every future eligible USD payout will automatically be made available for you to claim in USDT, with no extra steps required on your end for each withdrawal.

Setting Up Stablecoin as Your Withdrawal Method

Step 1 — Access Payment Settings

Go to Settings > Payment > Payment Details > Edit.

Step 2 — Complete the Payment Details

  • Address — enter your company or personal address, as applicable.

  • Payout Type — select “Stablecoins”

Step 3 — Complete the Bank Information

IMPORTANT:
The Bank Account Name is a mandatory field and must be a verifiable name. Do not enter "NA","N/A", "-", ".", or any placeholder text. If this name does not match the name on your stablecoin wallet, your payout may be rejected or returned.

Fill in the required fields as follows: 

  1. Name
    Enter your name as per Identification Details

  2. Account Type:
    Select your account type - Individual/Business

  3. Nationality 
    Select your nationality

  4. Identification Number
    Enter your IC number/ Passport or Business Registration No

  5. Recipient Email address
    Enter the email address where you would like to receive the payout link notification. This is where you will get the secure payout link to claim your funds.


Step 4 — Send Yourself a Test Email (OPTIONAL)

Click “Send Test Email.” You will receive a “Test Email-Stablecoin payment setting” email from Involve Asia <hello@involve.asia> to verify that the email address provided is active and accessible.

IMPORTANT:
Please make sure you use an email address that belongs to you and that you can securely access at all times. Your payout link will be sent to this email address. If you use a shared email, someone else’s email, or lose access to the account, your withdrawal funds may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.


Step 5 — Save Your Settings

Once saved, your future eligible USD payouts will be claimable in USDT.

Changing Your Mind Later

You can switch back to a traditional bank withdrawal at any time via Settings > Payment. Once saved, all future eligible payouts will follow your updated details.
