How to Claim Your Stablecoin (USDT) Payout

How to Claim Your Stablecoin (USDT) Payout

Once Involve Asia initiates your Stablecoin payout, you’ll receive a notification email from Triple A. Depending on your withdrawal type (self, early, or express), it arrives within the corresponding processing window for that type. Follow the steps below to claim your USDT.

Step 1 — Check Your Inbox

Look for an email from noreply@triple-a.io with the subject “Withdrawal Available”.

Notification email from Triple A.

If you haven't received the notification email from Triple A:

  • Check all your email folders, including your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.

  • If you still can't find the email, please contact us at wecare@involve.asia for assistance.

Step 2 — Click “Claim Funds”

Open the email and click the Claim Funds button. This takes you to Triple A's secure claim page.

Step 3 — Select Your Blockchain Network

Select your preferred blockchain network. Make sure this matches the network supported by your wallet.

Step 4 — Enter Your Wallet Address

Enter the wallet address you'd like your USDT sent to, matching the network selected in the previous step.

IMPORTANT:
Double-check your network and wallet address before continuing. Sending to the wrong network or an incorrect address results in permanent, irrecoverable loss of funds.

Step 5 — Verify with OTP

Enter the 6-digit one-time password sent to your notification email to confirm the withdrawal is authorised by you.

Step 6 — Click "Get Withdrawal"

Review the withdrawal summary, including the USDT amount, network fee, and net amount and then confirm to submit.

IMPORTANT:
Once submitted, the transaction is sent to the blockchain and cannot be reversed or recalled by Involve Asia or Triple A, under ANY circumstances.

Step 7 — Done

Stablecoin settlement is near-instant, and your funds should arrive shortly after submission. See "Stablecoin Withdrawal Timeline" for what to expect at each stage.
