This article covers the situations that publishers most commonly run into with Stablecoin withdrawals and what to do in each case.
If you've submitted your wallet address but haven't received your USDT yet, work through the following before escalating:
Allow a few minutes for network congestion — blockchain settlement is usually near-instant, but it can occasionally take a little longer.
Check for a notification from Triple A indicating the payment was blocked. This can happen if the transaction is flagged during automated AML screening.
Confirm that the blockchain network and wallet address you entered were correct.
If the issue remains unresolved after these checks, contact (wecare@involve.asia) with your withdrawal invoice number.
The transaction CANNOT be reversed, redirected, or recovered — by Involve Asia, Triple A, or anyone else. Blockchain transactions are final once confirmed. Always double-check your network and wallet address before submitting a claim.
We're not able to assist further once a transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain. If this happens, we'd still encourage you to let us know at (wecare@involve.asia) for our records, though we won't be able to recover the funds.
Your earnings will be returned to your Involve Asia earnings account if either of the following occurs:
Travel Rule verification isn't completed — for example, your identification document wasn't submitted within 14 days, or it couldn't be verified. See "Required Documents for Stablecoin Verification" for details.
AML screening blocks the transaction — your wallet address is flagged during Triple A's automated AML screening.
