For certain Stablecoin payouts, our payment partner Triple A requires publishers to verify their identity before funds are released. This is a standard regulatory requirement and not specific to Involve Asia.
For a publisher’s first Stablecoin payout exceeding USD 1,500, Triple A is required under Singapore’s Payment Services Act (regulated by MAS) and the FATF Travel Rule to complete an account verification process before the payment can be released.
This is a one-time verification process for each account. Once the account has been verified, subsequent payouts above this threshold will not require the verification to be repeated.
National identity card, driving licence, or passport (any one of these is accepted).
Business registration certificates. For example, an SSM certificate for Malaysia, or an ACRA Bizfile for Singapore.
Verification is handled directly by Triple A, not by Involve Asia. When your first payout crosses the USD 1,500 threshold, Triple A will reach out with instructions on how to submit your document securely.
You'll have up to 14 days after your withdrawal status updates to “Paid” in Involve Asia’s platform to submit your identification document once requested by Triple A. We recommend submitting as early as possible to avoid any delay to your payout.
