Why Does Involve Asia Charge a Maintenance Fee for Inactive Accounts?

The maintenance fee is applied to cover the operational costs of keeping inactive accounts on our platform. This includes:

  • Account storage and security

  • System maintenance and updates

  • Compliance with financial regulations

At Involve Asia, this fee is up to MYR 100 (or your available balance, whichever is lower).

Important:

  • This is a one-time fee and will never put you in debt with Involve Asia.

  • If your balance is less than MYR 100, only the available amount will be deducted. No additional charges will apply.

How to avoid the fee:

  • Log in to your account periodically to keep it active.

  • If you no longer wish to use Involve Asia, you can delete your account or request account deletion by emailing us at wecare@involve.asia.

We’re here to help if you need further assistance!
