What is a Property on Involve Asia and How Do Publishers Use It?

In Involve Asia, a property is the online platform you use to promote advertiser offers — such as a website, blog, social media account, forum, or mobile app.

When you apply to become a publisher, you must add at least one property so advertisers can understand your promotional method, assess your potential, and suggest the most relevant offers for you.

Property Requirements

  • You must have at least one property during account creation.

  • You can add unlimited properties, but they must be owned or managed by you.

  • Your property’s privacy settings must be Public so advertisers can review it.

  • Only submit platforms that align with Involve Asia’s Property Guidelines.

Guidelines for Property Approval

Below are the most common property rejection reasons, what they mean, and how to fix them:

Unsuitable Property for Affiliate Marketing
Marketplace stores (e.g., a Shopee seller page) are not considered valid properties.
Only submit properties you own or manage that are suitable for promoting affiliate links.
Property is Set to Private
The submitted property cannot be accessed due to privacy settings.
Change the setting to Public and resubmit.
Invalid Property Ownership Claim
Involve Asia can’t verify you as the owner or manager of the property.
Only submit properties you own/manage. If you are the owner, provide proof (documents with your name/company name or Google Analytics screenshot) and email wecare@involve.asia for manual review.
Inappropriate Property Content
Property contains prohibited content (gambling, pornography, forex, or sensitive topics like politics and religion).
Submit a property that does not contain prohibited content.
Property Not Meeting Minimum Traffic Requirements
The property does not have enough audience or activity for effective targeting and tracking.
Build your audience and resubmit when criteria are met (see below).

Minimum Traffic Requirements

To be approved, your property must have an active audience:

  • Facebook, X, TikTok, Threads, Lemon8, Xiaohongshu – More than 30 followers and at least 3 posts in the past 14 days.

  • Instagram – More than 100 followers and at least 5 posts in the past 14 days.

  • YouTube – More than 50 subscribers and at least 10 videos.

  • Forums, Blogs, Websites – More than 10 active content updates in the past 30 days.

How Publishers Use Properties

Once approved, your property becomes the platform where you:

  1. Share tracking links for advertiser offers.

  2. Publish content (posts, videos, articles) to promote products and services.

  3. Drive clicks and conversions to earn commissions.
