Glossary – Key Terms on the Involve Asia Dashboard

This table is a glossary of essential terms and features found on the Involve Asia dashboard, designed to help publishers understand and navigate the platform effectively.

Terms Definition
Account Manager A dedicated Involve Asia representative assigned to support qualifying Publishers with performance optimization, campaign recommendations, and account-related inquiries. Not all Publishers will have one assigned.
Brands Brands on Involve Asia are parties that create Offers and Campaigns. They can be viewed via the Brands list in the dashboard.
Campaign Limited-time promotions created by Brands, such as 11.11 Sales or Black Friday Sales.
Early Withdrawal A feature that allows Publishers to withdraw approved conversions before the standard payment term is reached. An Early Withdrawal fee applies.
Eligible Amount for Withdrawal The amount that meets the withdrawal threshold and is available for withdrawal, based on payment method and currency.
Express Withdrawal A feature that allows Publishers to withdraw eligible earnings before Advertiser validation, subject to specific criteria, fees, and approval.
Interest Describes the content categories a Publisher promotes on their platform. For Brands, it provides insight into the industry and product/service types.
Offer Eligibility Indicates whether an offer qualifies for Express or Early Withdrawal, based on the Advertiser’s settings.
Offers Ongoing promotions, deals, and rewards created by Brands that Publishers can promote at any time.
Payment Processing Day The scheduled day your payment is sent to the bank or PayPal after withdrawal approval.
Payment Terms The time frame in which Advertisers pay Involve Asia for approved conversions, stated in each offer’s details.
Payment Threshold The minimum total earnings a Publisher must have to be eligible for withdrawal. The standard minimum is RM80.
Pending Validation The total amount from conversions that have been tracked but are still awaiting Advertiser approval.
Payout Currency The selected currency that will be reflected during withdrawal. Publishers can change their Payout Currency at any time.
Payout Method The selected method for receiving payments — for example, Wire Transfer or PayPal.
Property The platform where Publishers can promote Offers or Campaigns. This may include social media pages, websites, blogs, mobile apps, or other digital advertising platforms.
Publishers Parties that find promotions from their dashboard and promote them on their Property.
Reporting Currency The currency displayed in the Publisher’s performance reports.
Request Status The current stage of your withdrawal request, such as Pending, Processing, Paid, Rejected, or Cancelled.
Role Describes the accessibility, function, and tasks a user can perform on an account.
