If you are experiencing issues generating Lazada product links, here’s what you need to know about the recent changes.

Lazada has updated its link generation system. As a result, some products are no longer eligible for deeplinking, which may prevent you from generating certain links.


Why are some products not available for deeplinking?

  • The product is not commissionable and is excluded from the affiliate program.

  • Lazada’s new tracking method is being integrated in phases due to the large data volume, with no set completion date.


This is due to Lazada’s system update, which affects deeplinking availability for certain products.


How can I resolve this?

Search for similar commissionable products in the same category that may be eligible for deeplinking.


Old links will generally still work, but some may break due to system changes. You may need to replace them with new links if they stop working.


This may be due to specific product restrictions in Lazada’s new system. Contact your Account Manager or email us at wecare@involve.asia for help.


  • Existing Shoplink links will redirect to Lazada’s homepage.

  • Shoplink will no longer support Lazada offers after January 20th.


  • You can still generate links, but non-deeplinkable pages will return the same dashboard error.

  • Links generated before migration will redirect to the homepage.
