If you see a “Rejected” status for your Lazada conversions in the report, it means the transaction did not meet Lazada’s compliance standards.

Conversion Status Remark Reason All Possible Reasons for the Status
Rejected Tagged as Fraud - Fraudulent, abusive, or abnormal traffic transactions identified by Lazada.
- Improper or abusive transactions or activities performed through collusion by the Affiliate or sub-affiliate with the seller using the affiliate link or through any other means Lazada may deem potentially fraudulent.
- Any cancelled, incomplete, returned, or refunded transactions and orders.
- Orders made with the intention of reselling the purchased products.
- Use of non-permitted traffic and sources (including traffic directed from a network other than an Approved network).
- Any transaction that does not comply with the Affiliate policies.


Monitoring and Feedback Process

Involve Asia will periodically review account activity for Lazada offers and provide feedback for improvement during a grace period.
If traffic quality does not improve, your access to the offer may be blocked at the advertiser’s discretion.


Common Reasons for Rejection (Fraud Tagging)

1. Artificial or Manipulated Activity

  • Abnormal browsing, clicks, sales, leads, or click-throughs generated using programs, robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manual page refreshing.

2. Traffic from Non-Compliant Sites

  • Websites related to:
    a) Pornography
    b) Gambling
    c) Violence
    d) Drugs
    e) Weapons
    f) Malicious information
    g) Politics
    h) Child abuse

3. Traffic Hijacking

  • Mass clicks for attribution hijacking.

  • Traffic from simulators or manipulated devices.

  • Traffic from virus-infected devices.

4. Traffic from Abnormal Devices

  • Spam registration devices or simulator devices.

5. Invalid Orders

  • Fake or “brushed” orders.

  • Fake shipping orders.

  • Voucher abuse.

  • Transactions from collusion between publishers, sellers, or buyers.

  • Reseller orders.

6. Abnormal User Behavior (detected by Lazada’s system)

  • Very short page stay time.

  • Few page visits.

  • Unusual visiting times.

  • Automated clicks, sales, or leads.

  • Click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, or scripts.

  • Manual page refreshing.

7. Other Non-Compliant Traffic

  • Self-purchased orders by the publisher.

  • Orders fulfilled by the seller.

  • Orders from markets outside the campaign’s target region.
