Why You Might Have Missing Conversions on Involve Asia

If you’re not seeing certain conversions in your Involve Asia dashboard, it doesn’t always mean they’re lost — there may be valid reasons why they haven’t appeared yet. Below are the most common causes and what you can do to fix them.

1. Offer Was Paused or Expired

  • When an offer is paused or expired, clicks will not generate tracked conversions.

  • Tip: Check the status in Dashboard → Discovery → My Advertisers before promoting.


  • Using incorrect or outdated affiliate links can prevent tracking.

  • Avoid shortening links with unauthorized tools, as this may strip tracking parameters.

  • Solution: Always generate fresh deeplinks from your dashboard or mobile app.


3. Clicks from Unapproved Regions

  • Conversions from outside the approved target region will not be recorded.

  • Solution: Review the Regions section on the offer page before promoting.


4. Customer Didn’t Complete the Required Action

  • For CPS, CPA, CPL, or CPSe offers, the required purchase, sign-up, or booking must be completed fully.

  • Abandoned carts or incomplete forms do not count as conversions.


5. Ad Blockers or Privacy Settings

  • Some users’ browser settings or extensions may block tracking cookies.

  • This can’t always be avoided, but multi-channel reminders can help increase completion rates.


6. Validation Still in Progress

  • Some advertisers approve conversions manually, which may take up to 30 days or more.

  • Tip: Always check the Validation & Payment Timeline in the offer details.


7. Promotion Method Violations

  • Traffic from unapproved promotion methods (e.g., brand bidding, incentivized clicks) may result in discarded conversions.

  • Solution: Only use promotion methods listed as “Allowed” on the offer page.


8. Technical Downtime on Advertiser’s Side

  • Temporary outages or tracking issues on the advertiser’s site can cause missed conversions during that period.


Reporting Missing Conversions

If you’ve checked all the above and still believe a conversion is missing, you can submit a request using the Missing Conversion Tool in your publisher dashboard.


Before Submitting:

  1. Check if there are tracking delays for the offer (this will be stated on the offer page).

  2. Ensure the purchase date is within the offer’s cookie period.

  3. Confirm how the purchase was made — some offers only track purchases from specific devices (Desktop, Mobile, iOS, Android). This will also be stated on the offer page.

If everything complies:

  • Go to your dashboard and submit a Missing Conversion request for the advertiser to investigate.

  • Provide as much supporting detail as possible, such as order ID, date of purchase, and screenshots.


Reminder: Conversions are only counted when the required action is completed, validated, and tracked within the offer’s terms. Clicks alone don’t generate commissions.
