How to Raise a Missing Conversion Request on Involve Asia

If you believe a conversion is missing from your dashboard, you can submit a Missing Conversion Request through your Involve Asia Publisher Dashboard. This request will be sent to the advertiser for investigation to determine if the conversion can be credited.

Before You Submit a Request

To avoid delays or rejection, please check the following:

  • Tracking Delay – Some offers have a delay in reporting conversions. Check the offer page for any stated delay period before submitting.

  • Cookie Period – The purchase date must be within the offer’s cookie validity period stated on the offer page.

  • Tracking Type – Ensure the purchase was made on a supported device or platform (Desktop Web, Mobile Web, iOS App, Android App).

  • Offer Status – If the offer was paused or expired at the time of purchase, the conversion will not be tracked.

  • Promotion Method Compliance – The traffic must come from an approved promotion method listed in the offer’s details.

  • Time Limit – Missing Conversion requests can only be submitted if the conversion date is no longer than 90 days from the date you submit the request.


Required Information for Submission

When submitting a missing transaction, prepare the following details:

  • Offer or Advertiser Name

  • Purchase Date

  • Order ID

  • Sales Amount (currency based on offer)

  • Remarks (optional)

  • Sub ID 1 (optional) – For cashback websites, provide the UID or Member ID

Ensure no duplicate entries.


How to Submit a Missing Conversion Request

Step 1
Hover over Payment > Missing Conversions in your dashboard.


Step 2
Add all the required information in the submission form.


Step 3
Once completed, click Submit to process your request.
