At Involve Asia, we take traffic quality and compliance very seriously. Our Violation Management process protects advertisers from fraudulent, non-compliant, or suspicious activities while ensuring transparency and fairness across all campaigns.
Violation Management is the process of detecting, investigating, and resolving suspicious publisher activity that may violate campaign terms, advertiser policies, or compliance rules.
Examples of violations include (but are not limited to):
Brand bidding without approval
Incentivized traffic where not permitted
Misleading or false promotions
Click spamming or cookie stuffing
Unauthorized placements or channels
Advertisers can notify us of suspicious activity by providing evidence such as:
Tracking link data
Screenshots of placements
Timestamps or activity logs
Examples of misleading or unrelated content
Our compliance and publisher management team will:
Review the submitted evidence
Analyze traffic and tracking data patterns
Contact the publisher (if needed) for clarification
Based on the investigation, actions may include:
Issuing a warning to the publisher
Temporarily or permanently suspending the publisher
Blocking the publisher from current and future campaigns
Applying internal measures to prevent recurrence
Advertisers will be updated on the outcome of the investigation.
Once a violation is confirmed, we will work with you to:
Decide if commissions during the violation period should be scrubbed
Define the exact date range the scrub applies to
Ensure all payment records are updated for transparency
To make violation management effective, advertisers should:
Flag violations promptly with supporting evidence
Confirm scrub decisions to align records
Stay connected with our account managers for updates
Strong violation management ensures:
Campaign integrity is maintained
Brand reputation is protected
Fair play across the affiliate ecosystem
Trust between advertisers and publishers is reinforced
