Involve Asia’s Validation System allows advertisers to validate conversions directly from their dashboard in a simple 3-step process. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
You can access the validation system from the navigation bar, located beside “Reports.”

Once inside the Validation Panel, you can:
Select a specific offer to validate (if you have more than one).
Download the conversions for Excel validation and upload them back later.
Display Sub ID for extra tracking.
View a summary of pending, approved, rejected, or yet-to-consume conversions.
See a list of all conversions ready for validation.

Select your offer and billing month(s). A list of pending conversions will appear.
At the top, you’ll see a progress bar showing:
a. Pending Conversions
b. Confirm Changes
c. Submission Successful
When validating, you can select one of these statuses from the dropdown:
Pending
Approved – No reason required
Rejected – Must provide a clear reason (publishers will see this in their reports)
Yet to Consume – Add remarks like checkout or return date (common for travel or ticketing)

If you leave the page without saving, your changes will be lost and you’ll need to revalidate.

Once validation is complete, you’ll see a summary screen showing:
Number of approved conversions
Number of rejected conversions
Number of conversions still pending
Review carefully, as once you submit, it cannot be reversed.

After submitting, you’ll see a confirmation screen that your submission was successful.
Our finance team will then review your results and process them accordingly.
