In most cases, advertisers allow a grace period for:
Consumers to return items they purchased
Any credit card fraud alerts to be flagged
This protects advertisers from losses and fraud. Conversions that fall into these scenarios are marked as invalid.
As fast as 14 days
Up to 60 days
Note: This does not apply to conversions marked as "Yet to Consume".
This means the advertiser has validated the conversion but has not finalized it yet.
If you are unsure of the validation period, check the Offer Description or contact your Affiliate Manager.
A lead is information collected from a form. Advertisers validate leads based on different criteria, which may include:
Meeting the advertiser’s requirements
Contactable phone number or email
Genuine interest in the product
Whether a sale was generated from the lead
Sometimes, a combination of these factors applies. Always review the Offer Description to know what qualifies as a valid lead.
In short: Sales validation may take between 14–60 days, depending on the advertiser. Leads are validated based on predefined conditions listed in the offer.
