How to Update Your e-Invoice Taxpayer Status on Involve Asia

If you’ve registered with the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) as an e-Invoice taxpayer, you’ll need to update your status in Involve Asia to ensure smooth withdrawals.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to My Earnings Overview under the Payment section in your dashboard.

  2. At the top of the page, click on the e-Invoice clarification banner.

  3. Select the appropriate option to declare your e-Invoice taxpayer status.

Once updated, your withdrawals will follow the e-Invoice process — meaning you’ll need to submit a validated e-Invoice before receiving payouts.
