Why Did the IRB Fail to Validate My e-Invoice?

Why Did the IRB Fail to Validate My e-Invoice?

If your withdrawal status shows "Invalid", it usually means the IRB was unable to validate your e-Invoice. This can happen due to:

  • Incomplete address – Ensure all address fields are filled in, including Address Line 1, City, State, Zip Code, and Country.

  • Invalid identification number

    • For individual accounts, enter a valid NRIC number.

    • For business accounts, enter a valid business registration number.

How to Fix This Issue

  1. Go to Settings under the Payment section in your dashboard.

  2. Fill in your complete address details.

  3. Update your identification number based on your account type.

  4. Double-check all information before saving.

  5. Try requesting a withdrawal again.

Once updated correctly, your e-Invoice will be validated, and withdrawals can proceed smoothly.
