Why Can't I See the Conversion on My Dashboard After a Purchase?

If you’ve just made a sale but don’t see it on your dashboard, don’t worry—it may be due to the tracking type set by the advertiser. Conversions are captured in two ways:

1. Real-Time Tracking

  • Conversions are recorded instantly.

  • You can view them as Pending under your Conversion Report right after a user makes a purchase.


2. Manual Tracking

  • Conversions are not recorded in real-time.

  • Instead, they are manually uploaded by the advertiser on a scheduled basis.

  • This may cause a delay before you see them on your dashboard.

  • The specific upload schedule is available on the Offer Description Page of each campaign.


What You Should Do

  • Always check the offer description to see if the campaign uses real-time or manual tracking.

  • Be patient if the conversions are on manual tracking—they will appear once the advertiser uploads them.


In summary: Real-time tracking updates your dashboard immediately, while manual tracking may take days depending on the advertiser’s schedule.
