Do I Need to Provide an e-Invoice for Each Withdrawal?
If you’re a registered Malaysian e-Invoice taxpayer, whether you need to provide an e-Invoice for every withdrawal depends on your payment method:
-
Wire Transfer
If your payment method is set to Wire Transfer, you don’t need to manually provide an e-Invoice for each withdrawal. Involve Asia will handle the e-Invoice submission process for you.
To confirm this, go to Settings > Payment and make sure Wire Transfer is selected.
PayPal
If you’re withdrawing via
PayPal, you’ll need to email your validated e-Invoice directly to
partner.payment@involve.asia each time you request a withdrawal.
Updating your payment method to Wire Transfer ensures a smoother, automated withdrawal process.
If you need any help with this setup, feel free to reach out to us via email at wecare@involve.asia.
