  3. If you’ve forgotten your password:

    • Click “Forgot Password”.

    • Check your inbox (or spam/junk folder) for the reset link.

    • Follow the instructions to set a new password.

  4. If you’re unsure of your registered email or face login issues, contact your Account Manager for help.
