When an offer is paused, publishers cannot promote it until it goes live again. Understanding why this happens — and what to do — can help you manage your campaigns smoothly.
Advertiser Has Reached or Exceeded Its Monthly Budget
Many advertisers allocate a set budget for their campaigns. Once this budget is fully spent, the offer may be paused until the next budget cycle or when more funds are added.
Technical Issues Detected
Sometimes an offer is paused temporarily to fix tracking, payment, or creative issues.
Partnership Discontinued
If the advertiser ends their partnership with Involve Asia, the offer will be removed or paused.
End of Campaign Period
The offer has reached its scheduled end date. Seasonal or special event campaigns often fall into this category.
Advertiser Review or Maintenance
Offers may be paused while the advertiser updates creatives, commission rates, or promotion guidelines.
End users (your audience) will not be able to access your affiliate link for that offer during the pause period.
No conversions will be tracked while the offer is paused.
Publishers cannot generate new deeplinks for the paused offer.
Once the offer goes live again:
Existing affiliate links will work as usual.
The Deeplink Generator feature will be available again.
When an offer is paused, publishers are notified by email to stop promotion until the offer is live again.
However, if you did not receive an email, it may be due to your email subscription preferences.
Step 1: Navigate to Profile > Settings from your Publisher Dashboard.
Step 2: Select Mailroom and update your preferences by toggling the notification options on or off.
Regularly monitor your live offers in the dashboard.
Keep alternative offers ready in case a high-performing campaign gets paused.
Review your email subscription settings to ensure you receive timely updates.
